This is no obligation is simply a time
for us to get to know you, and what
your goals are, and for you to decide
if Personal Training with us is for you.

Choose the ‘Bundle’ that works best for you. We have a choice of packages ‘Bundles’.

You decide what works for you,
from the 6-session ‘Taster Bundle’
or a Full 12-week program
‘Client Bundle’.

All our Bundles include your
exercise plan, an Inbody Test*,
Nutritional Advice and guidance,
and of course your
1-to-1 sessions with Rachel.

Once you’ve decided,
we’ll ask you to ‘sign up'
for your Personal Training Contract,
arrange payment for your
Bundle, and leave the rest to us.

We’ll write your exercise plan,
your nutritional guidance and
book you in for your
gym session times.
And that’s it, you’ll be on your way to achieving your personal fitness goals.

* Inbody Test = The Inbody Test uses bioelectrical impedance analysis to precisely measure body composition by sending multiple electrical currents through the body, resulting in up to six different impedance readings for the trunk and each for limbs. It allows us to have an indepth look at your body composition broken down into Body fat, muscle mass and water weight. It can highlight, visceral fat, body imbalances. Its completely non evasive and the results can be tracked on your mobile app to help monitor your improvements in body composition and weight.
